Deep Wound Question
People say that deep wound lowers your target's current health by the same amount that it lowers your target's max health. However, it always seems to me that this doesn't happen. When I use [gash] with 14 swordsmanship on a bleeding level 20 monster with around 60 AL, then his current health should probably go down by more than 140 (100 from deep wound + 20ish regular damage + 19 extra gash damage) right? But when I look at his health bar, the amount of health lost seem to be a lot less. Does anyone know why? Am I misunderstanding or am I just failing ar estimating health loss by looking at a health bar? Thanks in advance.

This was in the notes and I think answers your question # Direct healing is reduced by 20%. The reduction in health effectiveness does not affect the healing from health regeneration skills, like Troll Unguent and Healing Breeze, or natural regeneration. # Deep Wound will never reduce your health by more than 100 points, even if your original health was more than 500. The health lost is also removed from your current health which is why a Deep Wound can be seen as a damage of 20% of maximum health until it's removed. # Deep Wound is a condition that lowers the affected character's health by 20%, and reduces health effectiveness by the same amount. Unlike other conditions, deep wound has no visual indication on the affected character, however the right 20% of the affected character's |

It's probably due to the fact that level 20 monsters don't have 500 health or more.
